Elegant, emotional & energetic...

Emily & Scott's wedding back in summer 2023 was absolutely breathtaking. A beautiful easy going couple, their main aim was to tie the knot somewhere gorgeous in the Lakes and smile all the way through it (which they absolutely did). Emily & Scott wed at Askham Hall and chose minimal white & sage styling with bouncy seasonal florals. Emily wore a lush Made with Love Bridal dress and there wasn't one jaw off the floor when she revealed it to us in the morning, while her team of bridesmaids wore sleek sage silk. After a tear jerking ceremony filled with lots of emotion the guests were led out onto the lawn in the summer sun for canapés, fizz and garden games as well a violinist to relax everyone into the day. Their guests truly brought the energy during some cracking speeches with roars of laughter coming from every corner of the room, then by the end of the meal the drinks were flowing and it was onto the dance floor. Askham Hall has to be one of my favourite venues to shoot as the huge windows flooding light into the hall make for an incredible golden lit dance floor in the summer. An incredible day, bursting with joy and energy and one I won't be forgetting for a long time!
