Magical, modern & Mediterranean...

Unlike any venue I've had the pleasure of shooting at before, Jas and Chris' day took me to the impressive Sefton Park Palm House in Liverpool. Jas and Chris live in Australia, but planned their wedding back in the UK, where they originally met, and it worked as a perfect central point for guests all around the world to join them. Styled with moroccan vintage lanterns and modern statement roses it was a day where modern and classic were beautifully entwined. The Palm House effectively being a giant greenhouse, on the hottest day of the year...it sure felt mediterranean too! Guest's outfits filled the Palm House with bright colour, celebrating Jas' family culture, and before hitting the dance floor the bride and groom changed into beautifully intricate Indian outfits too. Under the palms Jas and Chris said 'I do' in a personal celebrant ceremony, then it was onto basking in the sun for their drinks reception before bringing the spice with a delicious 3 course Indian feast. Their day ended with one hell of a party with dhol players who truly brought the energy. An incredible wedding, a couple I'm honoured to have met and a venue I hope I get to visit again soon.
